Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mana Kulture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist you before production begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages
