Returns & Refunds
At Mana Kulture, every order is made with intention. Many of our products are created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
Size & Fit
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit, we're happy to help before you complete your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
- Orders lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.
